I first came up with the idea for this project in January 2015 and I started working on it beside my contract works (a selection is featured on MartinPanchaud.ch). All together it took me approximately 1000 hours and I finished it in May 2016.

Neal Fox is a London based artist.
Born in 1981, he studied at Camberwell Art College and the Royal College of Art. While at the RCA he co-founded Le Gun, the art collective and publication of the same name. Since graduating in 2005 Fox’s work depicting a phantasmagoric journey through the detritus and mythology of pop culture has led to solo exhibitions in London, Munich, Berlin and Paris, and group shows from Brussels to Beijing alongside Damien Hirst, Sarah Lucas, Andy Warhol and Joseph Beuys. In 2013 he and Le Gun featured prominently in the exhibition Memory Palace at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. Fox has exhibited at the art fairs Art Brussels, Artissima, Drawing Now, FIAC and Art Basel. From a life long fascination with the tales of his dead grandfather, a World War 2 bomber pilot, writer, and hell raiser, Fox’s large scale ink drawings have developed into increasingly layered celebrations of the debauched and iconoclastic characters whose ideas have helped shape our collective consciousness. Remixing and collaging events and connecting trails of thought, he imagines Francis Bacon and William Burroughs taking tea in the ancient Egyptian after life, or Captain Beefheart selling a vacuum cleaner to Aldous Huxley at the Doors of Perception. The British filmmaker Peter Bach is currently working on a TV documentary about Neal Fox.

Le réalisateur et illustrateur espagnol Antoni Sendra a bien compris cela et a créé une série de vidéos nommées Bulletproof Thoughts qui s’intéresse à des personnages comme Ray Bradbury, Joe Strummer et, donc, Rodney Mullen. Dans ces mini-documentaires, on trouve un étonnant mélange de Schoolhouse Rock! et Monty Python.

Le photographe américain expatrié Roger Ballen est connu pour son travail explorant les recoin sombres de l’Afrique du Sud et de son propre esprit. Avant 1997, il documentait les inégalités qu’il voyait lorsqu’il a emménagé à Johannesbourg, mais il petit à petit commencé à s’insérer lui-même dans ses images avec un style artistique grave et un symbolisme assumé, initié avec son livre Outland, en 2001. Son esthétique chaotique, à grands renforts de crasse et de poussière, s’éloigne radicalement de la normalité de la classe moyenne supérieure. A Splash Of Colour / Agence Socio Design
A Splash of Colour is an online store that curates a collection of design-led homeware brands. Founded by Natasha Broady, ASOC sells a wide variety of products from accessories and furniture, to storage solutions. Socio were commissioned to create the identity, website and art direction for the brand. We produced a fully responsive, innovative shopping experience where users can filter items by colour or products in a simple and visually engaging manner. To compliment the creation of the ASOC brand, a custom typeface was drawn to mirror the industrial makers marks usually found on furniture.behance

Cinematographic Portraits Telling Stories
Le photographe français Blaise Arnold a réalisé une série de portraits cinématographiques, pour raconter des histoires et imaginer des personnages : Stories. Au premier plan, un personnage inventé ou qui a réellement existé. Au deuxième, une narration qui se déroule et que le spectateur peut deviner par certains indices (comme une énigme).
Il nous explique : « Il s’agit de portraits du passé réalisés au temps présent. Parfois simple spectateur, parfois complice, le lecteur est malgré-lui impliqué dans la narration. On peut avoir de l’empathie pour un personnage ou du dégout pour tel autre ou même de l’admiration pour certains ». Une chose est sûre, c’est que Blaise s’est appliqué à faire correspondre, avec brio, la cohérence temporelle et la faisabilité de l’action.
Graphiste : Pawel Nolbert
Le graphiste polonais Pawel Nolbert est l’auteur d’une série haute en couleurs et collages, intitulée Constructed.
A l’intérieur de paysages urbains, il a inséré des formes géométriques colorées qui questionnent notre perception de la réalité et la création subjective. Chaque cliché retouché représente une version parfaite de ses photos de vacances ainsi qu’une distortion de la réalité, à l’image de ce que nous postons sur les réseaux sociaux. « Nous construisons notre réalité, à notre manière, tous les jours sur Instagram et autres blogs », nous confie Pawel.

Ciler’s practice implies the disfiguration and manipulation of existing images with a dark archeological intention to dig out an emotional substratum. Through collage, drawings and installations, he wrings the found images to position them as visceral glosses to talk about death, violence, beauty and the constructed environment. His latest work focuses on communication systems. Through non-figurative structures – starting off from the Rorschach Test technique- he generates a heap of plastic forms searching for an answer. Piknic Electronik 2016 Print Campaign
Living in Montreal, Canada, I started seeing this print campaign popping all around town and I can't deny that the colours are just attractive and vibrant. I got curious about who was the people behind this work and after a little search; I discovered it was a collaboration work between Gabriel Lefebre,Rachel Lecompte and more. Chroma est une série de pots en céramique conçue et développée à l'aide de techniques d'impression 3D. Le projet remet en question la conception traditionnelle de l' impression 3D en hybridant avec les formes traditionnelles de coulée en céramique. La série Chroma est enmesure de contester l'idée préconçue négative des processus numériques et les limites des méthodes de conception et de fabrication standard.

THESE CERAMICS WERE 3D PRINTED USING MUSIC AND SOUND WAVES
Designer Olivier van Herpt and Studio Van Broekhoven have manipulated clay in a most unique fashion.
Utilizing sound vibrations while 3D printing in lieu of spinning, each of the pieces of the Solid Vibration collection of ceramics takes on a uniquely ornate pattern exhibiting the characteristics of a woven fabric.
Layer by layer a pattern is formed while deep acoustic rhythmic rumblings shape a “noisescapes” of waves and woven wavelengths materialized into a vessel form using a custom clay extruding 3D printer. Their overall simplicity from afar gives way to the intricacy of detailing only when inspected closely.
